We want you to love your beauty organization, but if your Flat Lay Co. product isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags are still attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original condition and include the packing slip inside to ensure our team can identify your return.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned beauty bags, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
